I need to vent
2 under 2 here
I have appointments for my 19 month old for speech
I have a 6 month old
It’s absolutely exhausting taking them both to that appointment
Cuz my little one is fussing the whole time and I’m meant to focus on my oldest and I’m just overwhelmed
I wish I had help from people to watch my youngest for an hour
And I’m frustrated at my partners family who never reaches out or offers or has anything to do with them.
I don’t know what to do with my anger towards them
It makes me feel defeated 😭
Plus I work in evenings

I really get this. I had to take my then 23 month old and 2 month old to get my flipping IUD fitted. No one could help, the baby pooped in the middle of it all, and it was bloody painful. Imagine if that was my husband going to have something done to his bits… as if it would even be on the table that he’d bring any children with him 🙈 it’s a hard juggle with 2u2 for sure. No suggestions just solidarity ♥️

I completely understand. I have to take my 2 year old and 3 month old to speech for my 3 year old, and it’s so challenging some days! I find that making sure everybody is fed and has their own toy or entertainment helps a bunch. It would also just be nice to have family closer to help like you said, but we’ll get through it!
