Episiotomy incision
I’m 6 months pp and although my episiotomy is fully healed, it’s still very sensitive and can sometimes feel sore. Is this normal? Does anyone else feel like this?

Sorry correction. I had episiotomy then tore the 2nd time
Yeah mine still feels weird. My physio said to massage the area 3 times a week to get normal sensation back.
