Hello! FTM to a 15 month old, my son has hit all his developmental milestones and babbles almost constantly, he can say things like mamma and dadda but that's about it, should I be worried?

I would say don't worry. My LG was like this until the last few days and now she's suddenly started coming out with quite a few words! Xx

Typically, boys are developmentally behind girls until around key stage 2. The EYFS now just likes children to be able to say a few words and walk by 2 years old. As every child develops at their own pace x

That's quite normal, if they've been working on their motor skills first. My eldest daughter was the same, she didn't become a chatterbox until she was 3. The talking will come, just be patient & keep talking/singing nursery rhymes etc....

you’re getting me worried, how many words should they be saying?
