I hadn't thought about flexi schooling. Perhaps that's an option for us too. I just feel like it's such a massive decision and it's a done deal that we send them to school without much thought about if there is a better option just that the school is good. Thank you for responding 🙏
I’ve thought about it mainly for my older son as he struggled to settle but he’s moved school and is soooo happy! Think much happier than he would be at home. I will be deferring my august 2022 lo though. Think just turned 4 is way too young to start school. My eldest is September baby and makes such a difference x
There’s a group on Facebook called flexi schooling for summer born kids and it’s really useful!! X
@Megan hi Megan what is your full name an Facebook group
Yes I have! For now, I think I’m going to keep mine at home at least two days a week until he’s compulsory school age, and then consider pursuing flexi schooling. For me it’s school dependent and I’m keeping my options open right now as a lot can change! However hubby not keen on total home education unless there’s a real need for it (the school isn’t right, LO is really struggling/anxious/ school refusing etc) Xx
