Preschool booster (4 in 1 vaccinations)

Preschool vaccinations (4 in 1 booster) My daughter had her vaccinations last week on Wednesday. She has been unwell since then, vomited the day after and had a temperature, had a temp the next day then vomited again three times on Sunday, she's had a bad cough too. Went to the walk in and has a chest infection so I don't think the vomiting or temp is related to the vaccinations. Her arm on one side has got worse over the last couple of days and has spreading redness, she complains that it is sore and is starting to itch it. Is this normal? What were other people's experiences with these vaccinations? Photos in comments
