Cluster feeding making me want to stop breastfeeding
Really need some words of support / encouragement right now. My little girl has literally been feeding all day. She’s been awake since 6pm wanting feeding constantly this evening, I’ve just finally put her down as she fell asleep on the boob, for her to wake up after 20 mins wanting more milk. I don’t know how much longer I can do this for, physically where is the milk going her stomach must be full to the brim and I am Nakered and touched out 😩😩 starting to think formula would be a lot easier cos at least it’s not every half n hour

I’m exactly the same over here! He will not settle at all and has been constantly on the boob since around 6:30pm (and as we speak)! I am knackered and have just had a cry. I know it’s just a phase and we need to remember that it will get easier xx
My little one is 4 weeks old, has been cluster feeding relentless every evening BUT the past 2 days it has been slightly better and I feel like I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!

I’m with you, my 3 week old has been feeding almost constantly since 5 tonight. He’s usually good at bed time, going down by latest 11. I express so hubby can do a bottle at 1030 but he still has wanted Boob constantly since then. I’m sooooooo tired now and just want to sleep. If you need words of encouragement… it still stop being so hard, if may be tomorrow or next week for next month but we will get through it. Just remember how much less prep there is for boob and all first natural barriers from illness.
