Check with your midwife if your able to take it but I’ve doing magnesium glycinate to work wonders. I was taking it pre pregnancy as well and it just transformed my sleep!
Your not alone I'm 20 weeks Monday and been struggling to sleep for months ! And the leg cramps are awful ! All the symtoms on top & weeing constantly ! So hard isn't it ! X

I’m exactly the same🥲 I bought a set from boots called feather & down, they have body butters with magnesium and pillow sprays you apply before bed. It’s definitely not a miracle worker but I do think it’s helped, defo worth a try!!!X
Struggling with sleep also (never had a problem before!) … I keep waking up every 2 ish hours, and then just struggle to get back to sleep. And once it hits 3am I’m wide awake! I bought a full body pregnancy pillow which has slightly helped, I have a cold shower before bed, no screens 30 mins before sleep, go to bed at the same time every night, sleep works pillow spray etc etc and nothing seems to allow me to sleep all night! Hope we all get some rest soon… we will be very tired mamas 🫠🤯

No recommendations but you’re not alone! I always wake up about 3am and then just can’t get back to sleep. Hope you get some rest soon!
