Missed Period 6 Months PP??
2 days late and very confused. I had my daughter in July 2024, breastfed her, and got my period back in October, November, and December. I had cramping for a few hours last night but then nothing happened. I took a pregnancy test today but it was negative. What is going on..?? Has this happened to anyone else? My period has always been so regular, 30 days like clockwork each month. Could I be pregnant even though I got a negative test? Is it something else I should be concerned about?
Hi Mikaela, I’m probably no help. I was very regular as well, every 28 days. I called every single one of my pregnancies before I even took a pregnancy test. This postpartum was so different. I did my normal postpartum bleeding for four weeks and have not had a single period since. I randomly spotted two weeks for three days but negative test.
