Nose bleeds

I had a teeny tiny one at 15+3, I know blood volume increases during pregnancy so I’ve heard nosebleeds are common, not sure what is “normal” though! Definitely mention to your midwife 😊

I’ve had a couple of little ones and I’ve never had a nose bleed in my life before this pregnancy! Apparently it’s completely normal 😊

I’ve never really had many of them before pregnancy but I’m 16 weeks today and keep having little ones every few days. I also have a stuffy nose but not poorly like a cold (apparently that can be normal too), but every time I blow my nose there is blood 😭 going to mention to my midwife on Monday x
