As soon as I found out with both. First appointment is at 9 weeks this time but was earlier the first time. Had an early scan on Monday and heart beat was found xx
Interested to know how you’re getting a 6 week scan! I self referred about a week after I found out
EPAU or private scan
@Emily a private scan. You only get 2 on the NHS so with my daughter I paid privately for my scans. And will do with this baby.

I’m going to try and wait for the reassurance scan at 8 weeks in only 4.6 today but with past MMC it’s always been detected around the 6 week mark then I’ve been asked to come in again to re scan and that wait has been horrible for me. So I’m going with the head in the clouds approach this time and hoping by 8 weeks we’ll see a lovely strong heartbeat x
