Exercise ?

Hi, what (if any) exercise are you doing currently? I used to do a couple of gym classes (cycle or yoga) a week and sometimes weights before falling pregnant, but since being pregnant I haven’t done much other than walks on the weekend. I feel I should be staying fit and would love some inspiration or ideas?

Yoga and pelvic exercises are best. As u haven’t been in a while, take it easy and let the instructor know ur condition. Best to stay active

Tennis at least once per week and then being a mum to a three and nearly two year old are keeping me moving 😆🙈

Planning on starting pregnancy yoga once I’m out of the 1st trimester

Other than that, I walk a lot as I don’t drive :)

Same as @Georgie, plus pushing a buggy and chasing my nearly three year old around. And a tiny bit of swimming. Feel too exhausted for anything much though!

Yoga, swimming, walking and cycling. Trying to keep active but I’m taking it easy!!
