Mine is the opposite, he only wants meat 🤦🏻♀️
Mines chews it up Spits it out
It's hit or miss if my son eats meat. We can even give him meat we know he likes and he'll eat it one day and not the next. One friend suggested that it they don't like meat served one way, try giving it another way. For example, maybe they don't like chicken tenders but will eat chicken drumstick.
Like, I'm trying to make sure he gets protein, so he stays full, but it's hard to do when he's not wanting to eat meat. He'll eat berries and pancakes all day long if I'd let him, but i know that's not going to keep him full, and he'll be hungry an hour later. He's not a huge fan of eggs anymore. He did have some ham and berries for breakfast this morning, so I guess that's kinda a win
Maybe try other protein sources such as chickpeas. I’ll air fry chickpeas with olive oil and some spices and my daughter will devour them. She loves soup so I’ll cook them up and throw them on top.
Yesss!!! 🫠
Mine will only eat it if I put it straight in his mouth. He won't pick it up himself at all
@Domunique same 🙈
Yup! My daughter has never liked meat. She did an iron test at the doctors and had a perfect score. Doctor said she is getting just enough protein from other sources.
Yes! Haha beef is apparently disgusting 🤷🏼♀️ who knew
Yes!!!! Omg so glad I’m not alone in this
Yes mine hates it , won’t even try it . Don’t worry about protein though , meat isn’t the only source. There are lots of bread that have protein in it and cheese as well as peanut butter- I have been told that fat is more important than protein at this age anyway
Yes!! My toddler will only eat sausage or brats, we’re cattle farmers and he refuses to eat anything beef which is so wild. Maybe when he’s older he will like burgers steak or ground beef but at the moment he spits it out immediately.
mine eats way too much😂 if she sees it on her plate that's all she wants
YES 😅 even with spaghetti she will literally pick around the meat
