Nap lengths and how many a day?
Just wondering how long everyone's babies are napping for? How many naps and what your windows look like. My boy is 11 weeks and seems to want to do 1 big nap of 3 hours and then I wake.hkm and 2 short naps of 30mins which seems strange to me

Is yours on breast milk or formula as that sounds like heaven! My LO is 10 weeks and breast fed, and tends to just have quick 10 minute naps before wanting milk again. It's hard to get anything done and my tail bone is really hurting from sitting down so much 😫
Hes mainly breastfed with 1 formula feed before bedtime. I should add that we do sometimes hold him for the first hour of that long nap before putting him down. @Layla @Kirstie my little one was similar until about 9weeks so hopefully things change soon!!
