Ovulation

Currently TTC and following Flo app (not using ovulation sticks or temp currently) I’ve been tracking my periods since May and the last 6 months have been regular with my cycle lasting 26-28 days. I am currently cycle day 13 and have had EWCM since last night on and off. Sometimes I feel stabbing pains for ovulation other months I don’t. Question is when is best to baby dance and when am I likely to ovulate? Thanks

Once you see EWCM you can start BD as sperm can survive in the EWCM for days. After you see the EWCM it’s like you’ll ovulate in 2 or 3 days so baby dance on the 1st day when you see EWCM

That’s my opinion Maybe others in this platform have something else to say

It’s the EWCM that helps the sperm to swim and remain waiting for when you release your egg
