What would you want in a play cafe?

Looking into opening a play Cafe in my area with another mom friend. We would love input from other moms. If a play Cafe opened in your town what would you want it to include? Prices? Etc.

That's a good idea. There was one near me that closed when covid hit and never re-opened. I never got a chance to go, but I wanted to. I would say, include things for different age children. I have kiddos in all ages, and I like it when there is something for them all. So, maybe little slides for toddlers, a coloring station, or arts n crafts for older kids. Or how kids kutz (hair cutting place) has Nintendo for older kids, but they have little cars, planes, etc, seats for little kids. Have bouncers or somewhere to place newborns or young babies, and a nice area for nursing moms. You're not near me, but I would request to pls make it affordable for us parents. Best of luck!!

It’s not a play cafe but a play area around us makes all parents pay to go in too. I hate it and we never go because of it. Why do my husband and I have to pay 15$ a piece too!

The biggest thing I always want to see when taking my children places is that children under 2 have their own designated area that can be closed/gated off from the general kids area. Not that the younger one shouldn't be allowed, but just so the parent can choose if they want them with older kids. I mainly say this because a lot of times toys that are provided have choking hazards, so I end up putting more work into watching everything my toddler touches than getting the benefit of getting out of the house to play.
