Herpes?

The dr thought I had genital herpes and my partner went down on me and had it as well what I had down there but I went to the drs when I was having an outbreak and she done a swab but they’ve all come back negative so it’s saying I don’t have it what else could it be because my partner got it as well

Could it just be some kind of dermatitis? Was it painful/itchy?

Yeah that’s strange but I’d just be pleased it isn’t Herpes. Hopefully whatever it was won’t come back. 🤞

Glad it’s not herpes, are you being tested for anything else though? It does sound strange especially if it’s contagious. My only other thoughts is crabs perhaps but if doctor thought herpes surely they’d know what the difference is to be able to tell you that’s what they thought? I hope it all gets better anyway

@Dionne they reception said they all came back but dr rung me saying it is herpes as that one only just came back which I had a feeling it was but was just so confused but I wasn’t upset or disappointed in myself with having it because it can happen main thing is it doesn’t change anything between me and my boyfriend x
