I’m building up a lot of mum guilt thinking my little boy is getting a flat head..
He sleeps for 8 hours nightly in his swaddle on his back and goes down for naps either in our arms or on his side with supervision.
He hates tummy time but he spends hours on end upright on us chatting away with his neck up looking around and giggling, or on our chest pushing himself up hitting all the milestones.
BUT I still feel as though his head is getting flat. He spends about 40 mins a day in his bouncer watching mr tumble (and poopin… his lovely routine).
Am I being a crazy first time mum or should I do something else?

Oh my gosh I’m the same . I bought an anti flat pillow just in case . My lo has hair so I have never seen her head to be able to tell

I didn’t even know they existed!!! Straight on Amazon I go!

In the same position. I keep being told it's normal but my little girl's flat spot is to the side since she has a preference of which side she sleeps on. I have one of those anti flat head pillows, but I've booked to see a Cranial / paediatric osteopath soon to check there's no muscular issue in the neck.

mine is by koala if that helps. I don’t know if it’s working but she is only just 12 weeks old

Wouldn’t even worry girl once they get more mobile sitting up moving around it should correct itself x
