Does anyone feel a bit dumber after having their second kid?

I used to be so on top of everything and these days I feel a bit more frazzled and takes me a bit longer to process things. My brain feels like mush part sometimes. Is this my new norm?? How do I fix this?

Yes in the beginning, you need to be sure you're taking your postpartum vitamins and eating a balanced diet. The brain fog is a lack of nutrients It passes as your body regulates over time (for me at least)

Without a doubt. Lol. I'm just taking it day by day. I really think once I get a chance to return to the gym and spend some focus on myself, the rest will follow in improving. Cuz when I work out I feel better and I eat better to make it more effective and good food fuels the brain yada yada.
