My baby was only really starting to get interested in things like that at 11 weeks. She’s not 14 weeks and she holds her toys and puts them in her mouth
I agree with @Daizee, I had my little girl in September and never bought any toys, she was 3 months at Christmas and it was the perfect time to get her sensory toys as she only JUST started taking notice, she’s now 16w and loves shoving stuff in her mouth 😂 x
It’s never too early whenever they have a wake window. I was reading stories with my first when she was 2 weeks old
Black and white toys or cards are great for newborns and helping their eyesight
