Everything and anything except actual salt. Start small and build up :)
Garlic, sweet paprika, thyme, oregano, basil, majoram, parsley, turmeric. Not everything at once of course, depends of the dish. And for sweet meals like pancakes I add cinnammon. If I cook vegetable soup I add parsnip, leek and celery for extra aroma.
Garlic, little bit of pepper, mild paprika, mild curry powder etc x
