Contact and cot naps

My daughter has always been a strict contact napper, but every now and again over the months I've tried (and failed) to get her off in her bassinet or cot. Today for the first time she's gone in her cot no problem and fallen asleep! My question is, does anyone do a mix of contact and cot naps and find baby takes to either OK? I would miss the contact naps if this was a full time switch 🥲 even though I'm loving the chance to be by myself and maybe sneak a quick nap in...
