Avocado on toast, banana and porridge pancakes, omelettes, potatoes cut into wedges, homemade hummus with pita strips. I give my girly a variation of what I eat for all my meals in a day x

I gave my girl Greek yogurt with prune puree, she enjoyed it so much 😂 got very messy and ended up having a bath
I just puree or mash anything I’m having for dinner. Last night I had salmon, sweet potato mash, broccoli and peas. I just mashed all of hers down and she went nuts. I added a little ghee/ butter to hers before serving. You need to look outside of the baby puree box or you won’t venture out much from the normal veggies etc. we’ve had pineapple, mangos, lychees, dragon fruit, golden kiwis, papaya. Veggies we are now going more exotic too 😂 we’ve done salmon, trout, sea bass and cod. Also had chicken and tried steak and she loved it. This weekend I’ll be making beef stew and she will have some too
Breakfast; Porridge Weetabix Cheerios Eggy bread Toast with anything on Scrambled eggs Omelette Baked beans Lunch; Chickpeas and red peppers Tuna pasta Jacket potato Cheese on toast Spaghetti hoops on toast Soup Dinner; Whatever I have the night before Fish fingers Burgers Jacket potato
Brocoli, cauliflower, cabbage, pumpkin, courgette, tomatoes, i bake them in oven and then blend 🙂 i eat them too 😀
