C-section low lying placenta

Has anyone had to have a section because of a low lying placenta? It was flagged at my 20 week scan and I have another one to check next week. I assumed it would have moved but I had a growth scan yesterday and the midwife said it still looks low 🥹 was hoping to deliver vaginally but wondering if anyone else has had any experience with a low lying placenta?

Mine was low at 20 week and again at 32 weeks by 36 weeks it had moved but c-section already booked in for the week after so just kept it booked as we had already made plans around it and partner had booked time off work etc

First pregnancy i had a low lying placenta that didn’t move and she was delivered via planned c section at 36 weeks and 5 days. Second pregnancy same thing again and it had moved by 32 weeks!x

I Had low lying placenta which didn’t move. At 20 weeks it’s still pretty early as you have a lot of growing to do.In majority of cases it moves. But if it doesn’t planned c section is not a bad option. It’s controlled and calm. I guess you just need to stay open for both scenarios till the end

Scan needed at 33 weeks

Hi ladies! I just had a midwife appointment (I am 33+5)..the midwife was different to my usual midwife. She's requested I have a scan within 72 hours as she said baby is measuring a little small, however, she did say that it's likely nothing to worry about and it's probably just her measuring me a bit different to my usual midwife. Has anyone else had this? Am a bit worried although babys heartbeat and movements are completely fine.

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

Rolling milestone at 5 months - What’s typical ?

Good morning ladies,

My daughter will be 5 months old tomorrow, but there’s still no sign of her rolling. She does tummy time and loves lying on her mat, playing with hanging toys above her and to the sides, but she only lifts her legs and doesn’t seem interested in rolling or moving sideways yet.

Anyone else the same or have your babies already learnt how to roll yet ?

Thank you
