Can you sell breast pumps?

I bought the pippet breast pumps as I was going to combination feed i ended up formula feeding my baby though but have used them to pump colostrum after my membrane sweep to induce labour so I am unsure if you can sell them on. I dont know if the answer is obvious or not🤣
