I basically microdose bc too much can mess with my sleep but I enjoy it (after bedtimes)! Also important to note I do therapy, exercise, get outside, check in with a medication management nurse every 3 months. I don’t think THC will fix any of the things you have listed, but I do think it boosts my happy chemicals (personal opinion not science)
I used to use when I was younger and it always just calmed me. I’m not lookin for it to fix it if it would just become manageable that would be awesome. I do not go anywhere literally will wait until I have to go to the store I do not have any friends that I hang out with don’t go in dinner dates with the hubs or anything so if it can just alleviate the feeling of like everyone is bad. Idk I’m so over it.
weed causes anxiety
