Anyone able to explain to me how to add the free gift to their basket when they go to pay? I’m trying to figure it out but it just adds the money onto my total

I have done and I’ve added over £100 of items in my basket but it only takes the 15% off of the gift item, so confused
You have to buy it first, not just add it
Make the purchase --> wait --> receive email --> claim free gift
I think it took like 3 days until I was able to claim it
You have to buy the minimum and then go back and claim it through your registry benefits section.
