You can’t avoid it, it’s hormonal

As above, there's nothing that will actually stop it so no point wasting money trying

I don't suppose it can be stopped as it's just one of those things that happens but mitigated, maybe? If it's hormonal, what about supplements, for example? That kind of thing, so not necessarily tips to stop it but to soften its impact. But maybe there is nothing for it.

Yea, nothing you can do to stop it 🥹 but I used a shampoo to keep hair strong and help the new hair to grow nicely too. I have really thin hair so keeping mine healthy helps with the appearance (like it doesn’t really show that I’m losing a lot of hair). This is the one I use: Briogeo (caffeine + biotin peptide). Hope it helps!

You can’t avoid it and when it does happen you don’t need to spend money on expensive oils or anything, it will grow back a few weeks or month or two later 😊

For me, I’ve moved out of the major loss phase and I’m now deep into the breakage phase. I have tiny little hairs around my temps and neck area that frizz or curl out in weird ways. It doesn’t help that those are also the most frequently grabbed areas from my LO

You can’t avoid it. However you can help the growing with Castor & Rosemary oil and massage. But bare in mind that it will stop when it has to. I’m going through it right now as well and it’s so tough
