Feeding
I'm currently using aptimal formula but wee bubs who is 4 weeks has been so unsettled, wanting fed every 2 hours and we've had to up the amount to 5oz but still no difference. Should I try another make of milk? If so any suggestions and has anyone else had this problem.

My midwife also advised against aptamil she said she thinks it makes babies more sicky 🤷🏻♀️ so we have recently switched to SMA and he is doing well on it
Is babe unsettled because of hunger or because of how it’s feeling in their tummy do you think? I am EBF but I have aptamil to top up when I had mastitis and it made my little one projectile sick😩 I’ve heard it’s not the best for that! Also if you’re feeding every 2 hours that’s completely normal, newborns do tend to eat little and often at this stage, so if it was me I would definitely lower the oz if it’s more frequent xxx

when my little one was born she had to go up to nicu as she had low blood sugar so they had to give her formula temporarily and the nurse advised against aptamil as it’s too strong in babies belly’s so i went for cow and gate. maybe try that xx
