I have I think hormonal migraines they stopped mostly whilst I was pregnant. I’m now 9.5 months post baby and I a few months ago my periods came back and with them my migraines started again. I’ve been using wild nutrition for 2 months taking magnesium and some other suggested supplements (they do free consultations) I also see an osteopath who uses uses acupuncture. Since taking the supplements I seem to be having less (2 months in) also I’ve had recommendations to try and eat regularly and stay hydrated (I was always bad for skipping meals when busy). I don’t suffer as bad as those with chronic migraines. I have them maybe once a month but have had weeks where I’ve had 4 in a week and the doctor just suggested daily meds so the above is what I’ve tried. I hope this helps even just a little! X
Have you tried chiropractic solutions? I would also consult a naturopathic dr or nutritionist, they have a ton of knowledge about chronic headaches/migraines/inflammation being connected to diet triggers or certain hormones you may over or under produce.
