I bought the Frida Mom boy shorts. I read online if you wear adult nappies you still need a maternity pad inside as the nappy material is not suitable for post partum bleeding. I also have adult nappies for when I run out of Frida mom shorts but think I might feel a bit weighed down ahaha
I’ve gone for super absorbant Tena pants
I have bought pack of frida mom boy shorts and pack of frida mom high waist knickers to use with frida mom catch it all pads at first then bought some always incontinence knickers and pads for when it lighter .. I know I have got alot but I wanted options so I can choose what is comfiest 😊
I got some disposable knickers from boots, just their own brand. Then post labour pads, also from boots… also bought 2 huge pairs of seamless shorts (underwear) as someone advised to have something where the seams aren’t on your knickerline or where a c section scar would be xxx
I have got some disposable tena type from home bargains I used them when I had PPROM and they were amazing at how much they held
I just got big cotton underwear and tonnes of boots maternity pads. I changed pads every time I went to the toilet and I used the incontinence pads when I was laying down at home or in bed. It's good to be underwear free at home if you can and just let things air out so towels and pads are good, I just didn't like the idea of wearing the pants all day but it's personal preference!
I got a pack of Frida Mom disposable knickers, and packed few pairs in my hospital bag. They've got really good reviews online.
