Depends on if he has to get a mortgage or is he a cash buyer I suggest your go to your local citizens advice centre. They also have them in the local children’s centres run by then council.
All depends on what the market is like in your area, if you’re priced competitively for a quick sale, what position your buyers are in eg in a chain, first time buyers etc, if your ex can even afford to buy you out to begin with. So could be anywhere from weeks, months or years.
