Notes from hospital
I would love to get a copy of the notes during my delivery from the hospital, not for anything sinister, but just so I can read through them and remember the day.
Has anyone else done this? How do I do it?

You can request them at anytime, they will charge you a fee, as they will have to request them back from archives

@Elena oooh that really good, I work in maternity and the hospital I work in charges, like an admin fee but not sure how much. I’m on Mat leave now but not sure if the hospital I delivered in charges or not, I’m curious now.
