Is it recommended to use a sleep bag on a premmie?

Hey there . I’m booked into delivery my MCDA twins at 36 weeks on the day. I’m currently looking at packing my bag and don’t know if I should be taking swaddles or sleep bags. Currently based on their growth chart 1 will be 2.3 kg and the other 2.8 kg ( I know estimates. ) I was wanting to know can I use a sleep bag on them or will they need to be swaddled? I swaddled my first and then found sleep bags so good. All I could think of is if they have any tubes/ monitors they may have to been swaddled.
