Is it me or do they really hurt/sting? Wondering if anyone had any tips
@Laura which brand are you using? I found the ones I am using now much better. The needles are longer so they sting less. Pinching the skin together is good as well I find and then releasing as you push the plunger down
How awful for you all, my sympathies x Make sure you grab a good fatty bit of yourself, and plunge in. A nurse told me not to rub it afterwards as this can cause the bruises. Good luck xxx
I was on clexane and now fragmin. I’ve been taking mine for over 6 months so I think I’m just immune to the sting now!!! 🤣 it does get better, I’ve also found bruising is now less than it first was
