Yes and bipolar as well. Severe anxiety and manic depression, server PTSD as well 😣😤

Yessss mam I’m a whole mix of diagnoses

Yes and bipolar too

Yes. Currently suffering with PTSD , GAD , Depression and intrusive thoughts.

i'm diagnosed with ptsd bipolar 1 and bpd 😳

Yep, GAD, being treated for OCD though not diagnosed, ADHD (undiagnosed but abundantly clear) and depression although that’s gotten a lot better than it’s ever been recently

Are any of you ladies taking any medication and your recommendation I’ve been going through my healing journey with a holistic approach. It is harder. I do go through a lot of ups and downs, but I think it’s time for me to try something.

@Patty i'm on lamotrigine which is a mood stabilizer, i believe this one helps me and i am taking it while pregnant. i get paranoia as one of my symptoms so normally i would take an anxiety med but decided to wait until i have the baby to pickup any new medications. meds have saved me though seriously i can be an emotional rollercoaster and reckless asf but meds and DBT are therapy saving me.

Thank you 🙏🏽

@Patty i've tried so many fuckings meds tho. but i was taking a lot of them before i was diagnosed. some antidepressants would send me down a manic episode. and anxiety meds would make me depressed. it was a mess but i was also going thru postpartum during that time. some meds do good with genetics so if anyone in ur family takes a medication that works for them, i would try it

@alexis I’ve tried meds years ago one time I was on Prozac and it made me feel suicidal. I didn’t like the way I felt. I’m hearing a lot of people talking about Lexapro more anxiety.

@Patty prozac is what my dr is trying to have me take rn! good to hear ur experience. i'm not taking it bc of pregnancy but anxiety meds scare me lol the symptoms can be fucking terrible but ive also heard good things about lexapro! same with celexa, i have 2 family members who have taken it for awhile and it works for them so ill probably be trying that once im able 🙏 it's exhausting but im sending u love and mental peace

@alexis I know that’s a tricky thing about medication that you don’t know how your body is going to react to it. It’s something that I haven’t tried again, but I am desperate at this time because I just need something for now until I can get my symptoms managed
