Palpitations
Hey so im currently 10 weeks pregnant with twins and last 2 days experiencing a lot of heart palpitations just wondering if anyone else experienced this at all

It can be the above, but also associated with anemia apparently. I’d contact the midwife as soon as if you the chance in case they’d like to investigate or there is any reason to look into other markers.
I have experienced palpations in the first/second trimester, apparently it can be caused by the increased blood volume during pregnancy. Try changing position or doing some calming breathing. Of course, if you are concerned or it is happening frequently you should speak to triage!
