My LO is currently 4 months and started wearing size 3 nappies when he turned 3 months. If your LO has red marks or lines from the nappy, or you feel you are pulling the nappy tight to close this would usually indicate baby is ready to size up. Hope this helps!

I personally don’t go off the weights my sons 4 months and according to weight size 3 should fit but is still in size 2s because size 3s hang off him and he leaks through them as far too big. If they’re making red marks or the tabs don’t meet them it’s usually time to size up :) x

My baby is 2.5 months and just changed to size 3! It was leaving red marks on her thighs!
