Toast with peanut butter and jelly, or just peanut butter, and a side of steamed veggies
My son loves a wrap pizza, so wrap, wee bit of tomato puree and cheese then cut it up and I always give him fruit with it, or broccoli tots, the Ella’s kitchen cookbook is really good the orange one it has a lot of recipes in it for breakfast lunch & dinner and it’s for the whole family too x
-Cream cheese on toast, with berries and some veg crisps on the side -pitta pizza or pizza pinwheels, served with cucumber sticks, orange, veg crisps (he loooves his veg crisps either the tomato pinwheels, sweetcorn rings, or carrot puffs🤣) -scrambled egg, beans and some toast with a serving of fruit Or I’ll make him pasta with either broccoli and cream cheese sauce or lentil sauce which has lentils, tomato, courgette etc in and serve that with a little piece of garlic bread and fruit These are just the usual little lunch meals I make my little boy as they’re quick and easy!
Today he had “thanks mum but I think the floor needs it more”🫠😂 Nah, but in all seriousness, I made him banana and avocado pancakes, chopped strawberries, cucumber and pepper sticks & hummus. Then he had a dairy free yogurt after ☺️ There’s 2 Instagram pages I follow, ones called - theweaninggp - feedingarlo They both post recipes and meal ideas and I use them a lot and swap ingredients out if he’s allergic to them (like dairy)!
