Need help!

I’ve decided to try to get back into shape starting tomorrow and I need help! I used to work out before my daughter and I was never in perfect shape but I felt so much better and felt strong. But now it’s not as easy to feel motivated now, especially since my husband is in the army and can’t always switch off with me to have alone time at the gym. I need some ideas for workout programs for at home workouts or workouts with minimal equipment. I still wanna feel strong and feel like I’m getting a good workout in. TIA

Hey! It’s hard trying to get back into a fitness routine. It’s a year and I’m still struggling. I used to workout 5-6x per week, now I’m down to 3. I look up workouts on Pinterest that I can do in 20-30 mins. Also, I have the Tone it Up. Most of those workouts are 30-40 mins and you really do get a sweat session. The app costs money but there are feee workouts you can do on the app.

I do my workout with glowwitglo I have seen results

I have BODI (AKA Beach body on demand), and I workout at home. (I love interval training.) My youngest is 9 months, so I’m able to workout, while she plays with her toys, or I’m able to entertain her.

I have a Tempo smart gym and love it and it comes with weights but it is an investment. I would also recommend MADFit on youtube

Free weights provide a great workout. Just buy some dumbbells you prefer for weight and YouTube arms, legs back and shoulders workouts. Some of the best workouts I’ve had were just simply with dumbbells. Save money and time by working out at home. Pop in a headphone for music and enjoy the you time.

I do trainwell app. They are able to accommodate the workout routine to your environment. I started in my apartment, then complex gym, and now gym.
