What did you find helped grow your glutes?

I can’t go to the gym, I’m at home but I have resistance bands and a 15lb kettlebell. I’m gunna get protein powder but what did you find helped you grow more than you have?

Progressive overload and good protein intake. Sadly it’s hard to do progressive weight overload with bands and 1 kettle bell at home but you could do an overload by the amount of reps that you do - so one week do 15 then next week do 20 etc

@Adrianna I have a 100lb punching bag could I use that ? Like deadlift or work upto it w heavy household stuff then use it?😂🧐

Mostly my kids use it as a balance beam and I use it to punch for a good 10 min sitting on it as we can’t hang it yet

You could totally use it haha! You could use about anything if you keep a good form with it 🥰

Jump squats with the resistance bands. There’s many good workouts with resistance bands but to actually grow your glutes you may need the smith machine, heavy weights etc.

@Adrianna that comment actually is very helpful thank you so much❤️

I have a question do you guys recommend Blood Restriction Bands for the glutes or it’s just a waste of money?

I lost 70lbs after having my last baby and totally lost my butt. I started Caroline Girvan on YouTube and I gained the most muscle I've ever had. She gives some ideas for modification and does a lot of body weight workouts as well. Good luck!

Caroline is amazing.

She is!!

@Hiba you’re welcome girly! I used to personal train for 8 years before becoming a mom ❤️and I wouldn’t recommend any of those bands, just stick to regular weights or just regular bands are fine too!

You could definitely still do progressive overload for a bit with your kettlebell by doing tempo circuits so like if you do bicep curls on each arm 3 sec up 0 sec hold 3 sec down! And just add the tempo challenge to any exercise or look up tempo challenge exercises

Yoga helped me start with easy strength training and realign my back and hips. Then I gradually moved on to harder workouts

My problem is I get the tiniest bit toned and feel like I can’t get past it but thank you all for the advice💗
