Workout ideas

right now, I walk 30 minutes in my house every day and thought about adding something more to it. I just don’t know what to do.

A few dumbbell sets during the walk, if you can.

Some type of strength training would be good! I’m guessing you’re a mama, maybe look up “deep core” exercises online and try them out

I do the “Fiton” app and love it! You can choose the length of workout you’re looking for and what area you’re targeting and then it’ll give you a list of workout videos! It only cost money if you upgrade to the prime one where it gives good options and stuff

Skip rope. Do squats. Wall Pilates is easy. I put on a reaggeton mix and use hubbbys weights to do armwork or squats to the beat. Toe taps, or leg lifts.

Zumba !! I do 2 30minute Zumba sessions a day at home something my kids love doing with me too . Just found. Free Zumba workouts on YouTube to get started also got a cheap stair stepper off Amazon
