It's like a keeping in touch interview, Ask you how things are at home and do you plan on return to work anytime soon if you were they help guide you etc - However there is no pressure to go work untill baby is 2yrs+ , they'll probably call you in again when he's around 2 on a more frequent basis x

@Elle (i can't see waves) thank you girly , can this be done by phone or physically go in ?

I think all depends , when it was me they told me with my now 2yr to come in person.... I presume they'll either send you follow up msg on your journal ? So keep an eye on that and it just dawned on me....I guess they'll call me in soon too as i now jave a 1yr old! 🤣🤣 ohh the joys haha 😄 , I did work prior to my babies but it's nice to be off with them a little longer lol x

My lb turned one on the 15th and I have a phone call today with a ‘work coach’ I think as Ellie says it’s just a keeping in touch just to see what you are thinking in regards to work etc but there’s no pressure from them to work until they’re a little older. X
