Playgroups??

I tend to travel out of aylesbury but messy play at haydon hill is really nicely spaced out. I’ve never been and it be too cramped. But hey if you find any let me know 😭I’m on the hunt as well! I find I end up at zoomania on the char char chimps day bc it’s never busy in the morning (with my observation)

@Candice so messy play is the little sensory co. And that’s on a Thursday between 10:30-11:30. She also does one in Wendover. I’ve just moved to Winslow so it’s about 20 mins away so when I’m staying close to home I go to char char chimps here. And it’s so nice. Not busy. There’s also splat messy play in buckingham park. I haven’t been yet but it’s recently started people said it’s good and it’s in the community centre so quite a bit of space! (Think they were on Fridays might have changed to Monday now but it’s on Facebook)

Friday afternoon at Lynx Gym is so much fun. It’s a massive space and while it can get busy, it never feels crowded. Your child will be at the lower end of the age range as I think it’s 0-5, but probably not the youngest! We started going when my daughter was around that age, she loves it.

Oh the museum in town also opens the Roald Dahl childrens gallery on Friday mornings to under 5s. But I wouldn’t describe it as a playgroup, as we are usually the only people there!! So she gets the run of the place (2 floors). The museum also does stay and play on Wednesdays, my in-laws take her so I can’t say exactly what it’s like but it never looks cramped in the pics they send me! @Rhiannon I’ve heard about lynx gym before I even had my LO. I might have to venture over there next week! I checked their website and they do morning sessions Monday-Thursday. Would this be exact same as Friday afternoon sessions? Xx

I think so! I’m only off on Fridays so I’ve never tried another day, I didn’t even realise it was on other days 😂

@Savannah I just turn up! I think booking is only recommended at half term, I don’t go then cause I assume it will be busy 😂

@Candice messy Play you have to prebook as they manage numbers! If you want a play buddy for you LO my girl is always up for it :) xx
