Sometimes when everything seems to going wrong in our lives we forget about ALL the things that are going right, in our favor. Have you shown your gratefulness for that? Are you seeing the beauty of the bed in your home? The ability to wake up? Are you tasting the food you made this morning? Like truly?
Stop going through the motions- out loud, name some things you’re grateful for. Don’t overthink it.

“…for patience…”

“…for my dog..”
“…my favorite mug..”
“…for the fresh air I breathe today..”
Acknowledge the beautiful things around you…the sky is cloudy but the sun is waiting to shine brightly behind those heavy clouds…you just don’t see it yet.

I am part of a gratitude group in which we name 3 things we are grateful for on a daily basis. I try to do so every day but at times find myself forgetting and/or feeling as though there is not much I am grateful for. Nonetheless this is a great reminder to consistently engage in my gratitude group and find even the smallest things to be grateful for such as waking up on the greener side of the grass this morning ❤️
