All the snuggles. Pacifiers if she takes one. Distractions like care rides always helps for us.
Thank y’all 🥺🥺🥺🥺, I’m so sad and I’m a very anxious parent that struggles with postpartum anxiety. It’s so hard
Baths sometimes can help little ones. Or even just sit in the bathroom with the hot shower running. The steam can help the respiratory issues. Also zarabees nighttime seems to help my little guy rest better at night. They also have a chest rub that is really soothing. And their products are all natural.
We swear by steam showers every time we have respiratory system sicknesses ( have well before kiddo came along) Get an adult sized humidifier and put it in her room, just make sure to regularly descale it if it's the style without a filter.... And change the filter monthly if it's the one with a filter ( Or if you own your home, consider a whole house humidifier, you can actually install that yourselves potentially )
My little guy had influenza A in December and now he has pneumonia. It's so hard seeing them sick when they are so little. We treated with Tylenol/Ibuprofen to keep the fevers down, steam showers, humidifier in room at night and plenty of fluids.
Dont feel bad , my 4year old and my 14m old just tested positive for it today and my 4yr old has flu and a touch of pneumonia. Im sooo sad for my babies , but children’s dimetapp for pain and aches and stuffy nose and rynex dm fights flu just ask your childrens doctor for Endacof DM .. google it.
