We’re a vegan household so I just tend to make sure she’s having the meat or dairy supplemented with the vegan version or I’ll add things such as nutritional yeast, chia seeds, etc

Pescetarian household, with baby with milk & soy intolerance. Breakfast: premade pancakes (defrosted out of freezer) with peanut butter, scrambled eggs or egg strips and fruit or veg sticks, toast with peanut butter, (oat) yoghurt with squashed fruit and chia seeds, ground hemp and ground flaxseeds. Regularly try porridge but it never gets eaten. Lunch: literally whatever we had for dinner the night before. Always make extra of both mine and my babies meals so that lunches are minimal effort. If for any reason no leftovers then I just repeat a breakfast option. Dinner: whatever we are eating, just taken out pre salting. And either made into finger foods or left as lumpy spoon mix. This week has been veggie chilli with rice, bean burgers (babies ones as smaller balls than a full size burger) with veggies on side, salmon with mash potato and broccoli, prawn tomato pasta (our has chilli, hers doesn't).
