Possible Ectopic Pregnancy

Kind of looking for some similar stories/support. I got a positive pregnancy test (5th kid) and I scheduled an appointment to confirm, they did a sono and was told they saw no gestational sac. I went in for blood work after (because they did a sono before measuring my hgc) it was at 762. And I have another sono on the 4th… I’m an anxious person to begin with, this wait is killing me. 1 anyone had this and just didn’t see the sac til later? 2. Any symptoms I need to look for that aren’t the listed. I’m not bleeding and I don’t have pain but the anxiety is eating me
