Currently once a day as it's all my little boy will take, we do lunch time but try him with something at teatime as well
I started doing once a day 2 weeks ago and now I’m doing twice largely because she hardly swallows it and just plays with it 😂
3 times a day as my girly likes to eat when I do, it's mainly play for her but she gets upset if I'm eating and she isn't 😂
3 times a day as well, my daughter loving food and all the associated experiences of it. She’s EBF and the amount she’s having doesn’t seem to have changed much. Go at your own pace though as it’s about what works for you and the baby. This is my second so I have none of the angst I did with my first. After we’d done allergens and greens she generally has a variation of what I’m having mainly BLW with the odd puree
i was doing 2 but i think it was too much for him! he was getting really fussy in the afternoons and i think it was to do with the food and digestion - i should have waited longer as the advice (i think) is 1 meal at 6 months 2 meals at 7-8 months 3 meals by 9 months
We're one meal a day still but adding more texture and variety. As above will increase in the next couple of months.
Started 2 weeks ago once a day, moving to two so we can do allergies in the morning
1 or 2 depends on the day, I give her lunch and the Fruits in the afternoon
We started at 6 month with lunch and we've been told to stick with 1 meal for a while before introducing a second one. Now that he's almost 7 months, I am gradually introducing breakfast. The NHS suggests that, by 9 months, they should have 3 meals. Solid starts says to move to 3 meals around 10 months old. That said, those are just suggestions so follow your baby's lead.
