Food inspiration for a baby with only a couple teeth poking through?

We give our baby various purees and some soft and safe adult/regular foods, but looking for some more ideas that are easy (life is busy; we work and have a two year old in addition to the 7 month old). We feel limited due to her limited teeth, but I want to keep changing it up and get her into more purees and foods. Editing to add: I did just download the solid starts app, which seems helpful for how to serve foods. Mostly I struggle to think of things to offer and not stress.

They don’t need teeth to eat, they use their gums. My baby was munching and gnawing on chicken drumsticks at 7m but he had no teeth until 8m 😂 he uses his gums to kinda mash textured food together. You can give them whatever they can handle. Just try whatever’s on your plate- steamed veggies, hamburger meat etc and see how he goes. You might be surprised

teeth are definitely not a requirement for solids, those gums are stronger than you think! if you can squish it between your fingers baby should be able to eat it. try steamed veggies, fruit, soft meats, eggs, things like that

@Kellie hmmm I kinda suspected so, but my husband has been saying otherwise and I'm really scared of the baby choking or something not going well

As above, my 10month old has no teeth but eats everything that we eat!

@Kellie lol all very good points. Thanks for the gagging vs choking info and when to be concerned!!

I haven't tried to introduce any solids to my baby yet I've been afraid she might choke but after reading this maybe I'll try ...last wellness visit I was told purees not solids but maybe I'll try ...
