Wrong measurements at the pediatrician?

My son went to the pediatrician yesterday and when they measured his height and head circumference and translated that to his percentiles, it seemed very wrong... (My baby is huge compared to other kids his age, and it was saying he was 11th percentile flr height and 2nd percentile for head circumference) So my husband and I measured both again ourselves and it seemed like the nurse was like 5 inches off on both measurements? I know this stuff isn't super important but if they're rushing us out with wrong information I don't really trust them with more serious matters. I guess I'm wondering if I'm over reacting.

I would call them and have them adjust it/bring you back in to redo it! Especially when it comes to his growth, you want the correct measurements recorded.

I would definitely bring it to their attention because that’s the only way they can correct what they’re actually doing and make sure that they’re doing it right in the future! Maybe she’s a newer nurse and just read the stuff wrong? Not that there is an excuse when you’re in the medical field to be messing up like that…but at least she can learn from her mistakes. If more mistakes keep happening tho I’d consider switching

Sometimes it could just be input wrong. I'd have them retake it.
